Ok I may be the idiot here. - But why can't you just put your label over the original ??
- If the oringial shows through, maybe you can change the color of your label ? Seems like less work than soaking off the labels from all of those mini bottles !1

The new label is too small. The old label will stick out...

Try going to a craft store, in the scrapbook section- with the glue and tapes, get a product called 'Un-du'. It usually lifts stickers right off. Its like goo-gone but it comes with a scrapper attached.
