I was beyond mad....
This girl saw the pic of my CP sample back in november and she said 'oh wow, i havent even thought of flowers yet, your cp is really pretty.'
she copied my CP exactly!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! only diff was hers was on a candelabra, mine was on a vase!
how P*SSED would you be??!!
this is FHs CLOSE friend, like best friend, he was in his wedding party
BOTH of them saw our CP and FH spoke about them to him, price, size, etc!
needless to say Im changing my CP now, they were going to be slightly changed but now i will change them a little more
OH and her BOK...same as mine as well! she said she was doing all pink roses...i said oh, im doing all pink peonies....YUP she did PEONIES!!!!!!!

i Hate people like that, its like why do you have to bite my style?? get your own CP ideas!! That is horrible, so sorry she did that to you. I am sure your new ideas will be way better than hers anyways.

Omg I'd be fuming I would ask her what was she thinking now that the wedding is over...see this is why I don't show anyone my ideas except on here because some people have no mind of their own and some try to outdo others..i am sorry you have to now change your cp but now you can be even more different and dazzling!

Its not the same color so there is some difference there.
Ladies, i do have to say if your going to post pictures of any of your wedding ideas for anything, they most likely will be stolen by future brides. If you want to prevent this from happening don't show pictures of things you want to keep secret if you don't want copy cats.

I had the same problem with a friend... my mom made me stop telling her what i was doing b/c she was copying my wedding!!!!!!!! My wedding is before hers so it's a little different, but i TOTALLY understand what you mean!!!!!

This is why I hate sharing my wedding information wirth people who Im friends with that I know are getting married! It's like people can't think for themselves! Be creative for yourself, you dont need to copy everyone else's ideas LOL
Similar thing recently happened to me!
I saw this DOJ bracelet on MACYS.com and showed it to one of my girlfriends, like 2 weeks later she IMs me saying 'I got my DOJ wanna see' - sends me the pics - its the SAMMMEEE FRIGGGIN bracelet - so i literally was like, Oh wow thats the same one I SENT YOU 2 weeks ago that i wanted - she says 'really??' Like she didnt know!
Then has the Ballz to say 'you can BORROW it for your wedding if you want, ya know as something borrowed'
LOL
I ended up buying totally different DOJ but it was the point!
And its very frustrating when its someone you are CLOSE with or talk to all the time! LOL

Is it annoying yes, but I think people forget that everyone's wedding will be different and special in their own way even if things are similar.
You should not change what you had only because some else did what you planned on doing. Your wedding will not be the same nor will people think you 'copied' their stuff.
Just my opnion....just think she could have been walking down the aisle in your dress. Now that's something to get upset over. Not flowers.

honestly its not like its the same people except for the few that you mentioned, and after a few months, no one will notice. Its not like she had it a week before yours.

i did not say anything to her, there is no point, no need to add more stress about it
its one thing to share ideas on here, i dont mind if an liw girl used one of my ideas, that's what we are here for to share ideas
we are not in the same circle of friends/family so no one at my wedding will know that i took an LIW girls idea and vice versa etc
whatever...im going to continue on w my plans and not let it get to me anymore
like i said i was altering them a tiny bit anyway, either way i will do what i want/love without her copy cat influence
i feel better about it now

Thats really annnoyinggggg BUT I wouldnt get so crazy about it though.. my friend had the same exact centerpiece too and she doesnt even know you lol.
I would flip if it was my dress!

Honestly, I don't think they are that similar. The flowers are different, they are different colors, you have a submerged element and she doesn't, she has crystals and you don't. I mean aside from the fact that they are tall, round, and floral, not much is the same.
And even if they were an exact copy, nobody will notice. You have some time in between the two weddings. Try not to sweat it too mcuh!![]()

I would def feel the same way-your centerpiece is different colors though but you could always add like snap dragons or orchids coming out making it more of a wispy feel
