i went to a wedding this weekend, good friend of FH
walk into the reception room....her CPs were EXACTLY my cp! just in another color!
I was beyond mad....
This girl saw the pic of my CP sample back in november and she said 'oh wow, i havent even thought of flowers yet, your cp is really pretty.'
she copied my CP exactly!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! only diff was hers was on a candelabra, mine was on a vase!
how P*SSED would you be??!!
this is FHs CLOSE friend, like best friend, he was in his wedding party
BOTH of them saw our CP and FH spoke about them to him, price, size, etc!
needless to say Im changing my CP now, they were going to be slightly changed but now i will change them a little more
OH and her BOK...same as mine as well! she said she was doing all pink roses...i said oh, im doing all pink peonies....YUP she did PEONIES!!!!!!!

That's annoying that she tried to rip off your idea! But if it makes you feel any better, I think they look pretty different. Because you are so close to it and you put a lot of thought and effort in to it, I am sure right away this would jump out at you. But keep in mind that most people are not going to notice, especially since you have a few more months. Don't let it get to you! We have to remember this is the happiest time of our lives, and we can't let people ruin it for us!!!

Honestly, I don't think they are that similar. The flowers are different, they are different colors, you have a submerged element and she doesn't, she has crystals and you don't. I mean aside from the fact that they are tall, round, and floral, not much is the same.
And even if they were an exact copy, nobody will notice. You have some time in between the two weddings. Try not to sweat it too mcuh!
they are the exact same flowers....hydrangea and roses! hers are pink, mine are red lol
and she knew mine would have crystals the day of the wedding
but thank you for trying to make me feel better
you and the others right, i am so close to it so thats why its a big deal...the others will not notice

People are very annoying! Try having people getting married just becasue you are, that is sick! FH's BFF who is NOT engaged yet is planning on having his wedding in Novemeber.
Your centepieces are beautiful, if you change then I hope they are even more fab!

it def stinks that she copied you, but I say the he ll with it and do what you always wanted to! The colors are different and the submerged elemetn makes it different. Yours also look a look larger so people will be more wowwed by them!!!!

That IS annoying but honestly I do think they're different enough that you don't need to worry about it.
Most wedding CPs if you exclude the base, which you are, are pretty similar

WOW!!!! That is INSANE! I would be pissed for sure. Why would someone copy!??? Wouldn't they want their wedding to be unique?? that sucks... hopefully your next CP design will be even more awesome then your original.. so messed up though!!! I would say something!!!

honestly, i think the only people who would notice those details (and may remember) will be anyone who is planning a wedding or recently had a wedding ... i can tell you, with the exception of my centerpieces, i can't remember what any other centerpiece looked like at any other wedding i've been to ... it's a detail that matters to YOU and YOU will be looking at your pics and remembering the day and if you're in love with them, keep them ... don't sweat it ...
