Make up artist recommendation...
Well my cousin from Texas just moved to NY and is staying with me. She is a make up artist and has not found a job yet (she has an interview with MAC on Tuesday) but I was wondering if anyine needed make up done for e-pics, and engagement party, or anything else (I wouldnt recommend her for your wedding cause she hasnt done any yet, not that she is not amazing) she will work with your budget, seriously you will be surprised as to how she will work with you. Its not that she isnt really talented, its just that she has no job and is in a bad place and anything would help her. FM me if interested.
