I would do $10 or so, depending on how well they did. Typically, tips are 20-30%.

My make-up trial was $75 and I tipped her $20 b/c my gf told me it was the right thing to do. If I went by myself, I would've tipped about $10 or so since that money was going directly to her anyway.
