yeah wacky!! I wouldn't ever pay that! My lady is a friend of my dads so ill have to tip her well along with paying (not sure if I'm getting discount yet) but I kknow she does great work. But I don't want to spend more than 150.

A lot of my friends had m/u artists that were high (all in city)--one friend had one for $1,000. They say it was worth the 'splurge' but I think you can find for cheaper,

My makeup artist works with celebs too mainly does make-up for the victoria secret models and she is only charging me $275 for my makeup so $500 is definitely alot.

I see ur getting married at VIP. I am using a Mamaroneck salon that the girls are coming to my hotel in New Rochelle. the m/u girl did an amazing job, the trial was 60 (inc fake eye lashes) and the day of 150 FM me if u want details and pix (u can see her work a little bit in my avatar pic)

$500 seems like alot to me... sounds like you're just paying for her connection to some stars! If its in your budget I suppose you can go for it but I'm paying alot less for my makeup artist and I think she is wonderful! fm me if you'd like info! HTH!
