Making Appts...

Okay - We are finally back to making appointments with vendors. Next up are Photographer and DJ/Band. Here are our Photographer 'choices' of who we want to meet with:
Patken Photographer
Perceptions Photography
ADA
If anyone has any information/opinions, they would be greatly appreciated!

Also as for Bands/DJs...
70s Experience (Band)
Long Island Sound (DJ)
Renegade (Band)

Any other suggestions on bands would also be great!! I'm not sure where to start!

I'm using Patken for video and photo. Two of my friend's have used them as well and I love their results.

We're using Artisan for photography. Chuck does amazing work & is a great guy. His work speaks for itself, check him out.

For bands, we're using Niteflite, they are a vendor on here (Artisan is too) & b/c they don't use an agent their prices are a bit more reasonable. Great music too!

Using Silver Fox for photo and video...Love them!

ANd using Starlight Express for DJ...

What is good (well one of the many things)about these two vendors is that they are in the same building and we had both appointments the same day

I am using Soul Revival Band for my wedding. I would definalty check them out. They are great and a few of my friends are using them too

They're a vendor on here also.

I am using LI Sound!! Love them.. Do a search about ADA. Mixed reviews I think!

I met with Patken and LI sound. We didn't go with either, but both seemed very good!

I didn't meet with any of those photographers, but I did book with LI Sound!! They're a great DJ company and they have a steel drum player too, so it's kind of like having a band.

We booked with Patken...They have beautiful pictures and they were really great about working with our budget.

we attended a wedding that used CODE BLEU for their band, i am not into bands really, but i loved them!!

sorry, i didn't book any of the bands/photogs that you listed but we booked heart & soul (franklin wayne music) for our band and fine art (jimmy) for our photo/video...

another bride used jimmy from fine art on here and her pics are beautiful, check them out if you want, jimmy's work speaks for itself:
