I'm in class at St. John's on the Queens Campus and someone in a suit just came in and said we can't leave because they apprehended someone with a rifle on campus and they don't know if there is another person.

'Public Safety Advisory
A male with a rifle in a bag was apprehended on St. John’s Queens campus today. Public Safety officers quickly disarmed the suspect and have turned him over to NYPD. Additional information will be forthcoming as it becomes available. '

Omg I graduated from there and my Dad also works there, thats crazy!! I just called him, and he said they werent letting anyone out.
Okay I just called FH, whos NYPD, and they said they are looking for a 2nd gunman right now who wasnt caught yet.

Just spoke to my brother, he said that someone approached the guy outside of Marillac. Apparently he was just standing there. . . this is so scary!
