Has anyone been to a wedding there recently? I just checked it out today. They have a beautiful view of the water and the bridges. They came highly recommended from friends who got married there in 2002. They quoted me for $125 pp + $10 seafood bar + $10 viennese hour ($145 pp total). For a Saturday evening next summer. MY FH family are all chefs so the food has to be excellent!
Is that price competitive? Includes: *Ice Sculptures/Caviar included in CH plus Ice sculpture with Viennese *Table menus provided *Frozen drinks at open bar *Selection of 8 entrees * 1 1/2 hour CH for total recpetion time of 6 1/2 hours
Thanks for any input girls!!!!

Re: Marina Del Rey
One of the best weddings I went to (foodwise) was at Marina Del Rey.

Re: Marina Del Rey
I went to a wedding there in 2003 and it was totally beautful and elegant GREAT food. I don't know that I'd personally pay $145 pp for any hall, but I do think you're getting a lot for it!

I'm hearing tons of positives and getting good input for questions I'll need to ask before I make any decisions. Thanks!!!

I went there for a Holiday work party years ago and the food was incredible. I acutally remember that after all of these years.

I went to a wedding there in 2000 and the amount of food was amazing - the viennese hour buffet took up the entire length of the dancefloor! Delicious food!
