marriage license?

marriage license?

I live in florida- could I apply for my license through the mail, or do I have to wait until I come up for the wedding?

I am sure this is a stupid question, but I need an answer :) thanks!

you have to apply in the state of which you are getting married. unless they person has an affidavit for you which could take some time. remember, you need 24 hours before the wedding to get license
