so did any of you need to get a new birth ceriticate when you went to get your license? I called two town halls today and they said since 9/11 they have changed the rules and all birth certificates have to have a seal on it...??? any one know

some ppl have the birth certificate from the hospital...the old school certificates that come with the foot prints nad stuff on it....those don't qualify. you must have a certificate that has a raised seal.
you can always just order a copy of your certificate from the state and it will have a raised seal. i don't have my original anymore...i had to get a copy, but it had the seal

your origianl birth certificate should have a seal on it, and will be fine.
