Do you have to apply for the license in the town you live in? such as Town of Oyster Bay or Town of Hempstead. We live in Seaford (town of Hempstead) but live around the corner from the Town of Oyster Bay bldg. on Hicksville Rd. Someone wrote that they issue marriage licenses there?
