Does anyone know where to go to get them and what the hours are in Nassau County? I went on the website and it was not helpful at all.

You have to go to a town hall...not just any town hall, but the main town hall for your area. For example, by me there are tons of individual town halls for each area...one for Bellerose, one for Floral park, one for Mineola...etc.....we were told we have to go to the Town of North Hempstead...the big branch that has all of those smaller ones as sub-stations. Hope that makes sense. lol
