My Married name is not so bad. I kinda like it. It is actually the 8th most common last name in the US.... Garcia. Thing is, I am the whitest girl ever and I totally don't Latin...but then again FH is Puerto Rican and has blonde hair and blue eyes!!
OMG I am right with you I am going to be a Hernandez, I am sure that name is up there on the most common list. My last current name is great I love it. I think I am going to hyphenate my last name.

Re: Married Names
My last name is going to Bottiglieri. Go ahead and try to pronounce that one. The 'i' and 'g' are silent as well as the 'i' after the 'l.' It took me a couple of days to learn how to correctly say it and about a week to learn how to spell it, lol!!!

I am going from an Italian last name (Locascio) to an Irish last name (Busby). I just hate writing script B's. It is horrible.

omg i think the SAME thing!!! i don't like script B's either but Im going to have to start!!! lol

Did you FH go to PMHS?
I like what will be my new last name...Sullivan. Although, I am debating getting a PhD and it bothers me a little that I would be Dr.Sullivan and not 'my' last name.
