I tried to email the person I was working with their and her address doesn't exist which makes me think she got fired or left. So my question is before I annoy these people via phone is did anyone ask about OOT and if they charge you to hand them out?
I never would think anyone would do that but I am hearing about certain hotels doing it.

I didn't check with that hotel, but I visited and got quotes from about 6-8 hotels and all of them said they would keep the OOT bags at the front desk and hand them out when they checked in at no extra charge. That would be ridiculous if they charged for that! I wouldn't advise blocking with a hotel that did that!

I am having a TON of problems with this hotel. Mainly due to the lack of communication and follow through. I finally had to contact the manager! I didn't even think to ask about the OOT bags...i have been trying to get my hotel code which took forever!
