We are staying at the princeville, i have heard the hyatt is very nice too taht was my other choice.
we were just in Kauai and didn't see the Marriott, but we stayed at the Princeville and we spent the afternoon at the Hyatt if you have any questions. ( I loved the Princeville)
Thanks for your imput! The Princeville and the Hyatt are a bit out of our budget. Any feedback on the Marriot would be greatly appreciated.

i don't have any specific feedback, but the grounds are gorgeous. the nice thing is the location, it's really close to the airport, and therefore halfway in between the north and south shores. so you can easily make day trips to other areas of the island. honestly i can't imagine a bad hotel there. i'm sure it's great. we stayed at the sheraton in case you're wondering.
We stayed at the Marriott and loved it.... the lobby and entrance way were beautiful. The room was nice and clean and we had a view of the ocean and pool. There were two bars and a few restaurants... we ate at one called Duke's which was really good. Its close to the airport and town, so its convenient... any other questions FM.... I'm going to see if I have any pictures of the hotel. If I do I'll post them.
