im over martha stuart.. she lied she got caught, she pays the price. my father says she is one nasty biatch and that she is mean to people who work for her.

I am surprised the sentence as much as it is considering she only lied to the Gov't to cover up her sale of the shares.
I wish she would have just come forward when the story broke, said she feels she didn't do anything wrong, yet she will repay the money back. That way, her shares wouldn't have been affected, she wouldn't have spent millions on her trial and lost millions in her own company and have her stock go down during the course of this.
I think she would have come out looking so much better than she does now, and not be so stressed.

And I just remembered Winona Ryder - community service for being caught red handed stealing. That's a felony, no jail time at all for that one!
