But then again, it is likely she did it for 50k because she is a total control freak. I know someone who works for her company and they say the company was a great place to work a few yrs ago but not so anymore. I hear she is absolutely fanatical about the product lines and works crazy hours.

I think that she probably did lie about the cover up and that is what she is ultimately getting in trouble for. There are far worse corporate thieves out there, but she is an easy target. Her career is toast right now...She made a huge mistake that will ultimately cost her the empire it looks like.
