I did them. I thought they were a cute addition. It cost me like $80 with shipping and all for 100 match boxes I think. I personally don't like match books, I like the boxes. I thought mine came out great! I kept a whole bunch!! I got them from For Your Party

I would do them if I was doing a candle favor OR if I still smoked.

Re: matchbooks...

nah, but i think i might do them, i can never find matches for my candles!! I found a good deal on either exclusively weddings or the knot wedding shop for like $35 for 100 boxes (I am not a fan of books b/c i can't light them!) so if they still have them at that price i might get them.

I'm not even getting napkins!! lol

It's funny because the only thing I ever envisioned for my wedding day growing up was those napkins... but I associate them with my dad's cousin Debbie whose marriage lasted about 6 months. I just thought she was a princess (I was 7 at her wedding) because her name was on the napkins! lol

No but since we are going to buy a box of cigars then yes they are necessary in our situation.

Def. not a necessity. I got them on sale on the knot. It was $25 for 100 matchbooks

They aren't necessary and we weren't going to do them but we decided to do cocktail napkins so we ordered the matching matchbooks.

not nec. but they were cute and on sale on the knot.. I think I paid around $36 for 100 of the match stick/box kind a few weeks ago . They came out adorable! I am not a smoker anymore but I like getting them for candles and what not. JMO though

Re: matchbooks...

I like matches for like emergency situations, like if the gas goes out or something and there's no lighter, but I'm not a smoker, so I wouldn't find much use for them and probably wouldn't take them as a guest. I didn't do them myself, but I'm putting the money in to much more ludicrous things I'm sure lol.

not necessary at all. I got them because we are having a cigar roller so I thought it would be cute together.
