Not necessary at all, its totally up to you and if you want them. I wasn't going to get them but The Knot was having a sale 100 matchbooks for $15 so I ordered them. I figured $15 isn't going to break the bank ![]()

On a side note...
I was going through a drawer at my house and I found a matchbook from my parents wedding from 1981!!
I thought that was so sweet and I kinda regret not getting them now
