Can anyone recomend good places to eat on either island? Or just some MUST DO things that you loved?

We had a hard time finding places to eat on Kauai, there isn't much to do there.
Maui is great - there is a lot to do. Definitely go down to Front St in Lahiana. There are a lot of restaurants there. Must do the sunrise and Road to Hana also.
