Ok, so I started thinking about getting a strapless dress, but since I am getting married at a synagogue I have to have my shoulders covered during the cermony and I'm worried putting on a shawl over it will look really bad. Now I'm thinking cap sleeves. Anyone have any suggestions?

Jess you can always get a bolero type jacket. They are simple and elegant.
I got a dress! I had no intention of getting one in the first shop, but once I put in on, I just knew!!! And I am so excited. I went with my mother, she cried, but after 10 dresses, I kept going back to this one... I am going to see if I can find a picture and post it...
and yes, I did go strapless

Re: MAY 2004
I got it at Lillettes in Baldwin. It is a diamond bridal, this the only picture I can find of it but you can't see the detailing, I will have to go back and take a picture with me in it
I got my dress in the first store I went to as well. I promised myself I wasn't going to because it's too early and I thought new styles would come out. But I fell in love. It's a Stephen Yearick gown and I have no pics to post yet.
So far I've booked: Chateau Briand for ceremony & reception Rabbi Priest
I'm hoping to book my photographer soon but I have to wait until football season is over or else FH won't go with me.

Re: MAY 2004
Ella - I asked a woman that worked at a bridal salon about the changing styles and she said the styles arent going to change very much from this year to next. Its going to be strapless and with color. Dont worry... if you love it BUY IT

Okay I found an up close picture online, although it looks gold, it is silver toned in real life...
