Okay, as of yesterday I lost 5.8lbs altogether. Now my question is this... The .8 is what??? .8 of a pound or 8 ounces?? Now I thought it was .8 of a pound, but now I'm not sure!!! Anyone know this answer? It's probably so simple and I just don't have a brain today! Thanks!

I think .8 is 80% of a pound, so a pound is 16 ounces and 80% of that is 12.8. So you lost 5 pounds and 12.8 ounces! Congrats.

Yes, I know that every ounce matters, I just wasn't sure if the .8 was ounces or not. Thanks though.
