oh so aunt flo came to visit.. anyway inever use a pad (man i hate that word) i use tampons except to sleep since i heard nothing but bad things about sleeping with tampons.. ANYWAY.. i have like 'dipper rash' ( ) and i dont know what to put on it to get it to go away!!! god im so embarrased but i cant stop laughing cuz i feel like im 2 again...

I was in CVS on Thursday when aunt flo came and i was at moms for thanksgiving - anyway, in the aisle with the feminine products they had 'chafing cream' - i think you should try that

honestly, balmx or desitin in the baby aisle is probably the EXACT same thing and cheaper - check it out though

I guess I'd start with diaper rash medicine.

If it's an irritation being caused by increased moisture, then I would just try keeping the area clean and dry and wear cotton underwear because they're more breathable. Maybe even baby powder will help keep the moisture away.

I guess the most important thing is to keep things dry and ventilated even if you have to sit around spread eagle and naked until it passes

god im so open with a bunch of 'strangers'... and i cant stop laughing!!!! and i know its not cuz im dirty... im like super clean durring this time of the month.. cuz im so afraid of smelling.. i work in a doc. off and i know how it is to STINK... so i go above and beyond being clean..
