Okay I can't vent about what I really want to vent about so her'e's a Mini-vent about something else.

So I've been engaged for 3 months and all I have is a date and RH.

Yesterday I made frames to ask my Jr BM's. So I will officially have 2 people out of my 25 person BP. (yes I know, crazy! )


I'm really hoping that I check something off this list soon. It just hit me that I have absolutely nothing done and should probably get on that.

Meeting with a photographer tonight and a DJ and Photographer tomorrow.
Maybe I'll see some productivity before April Break ends!

Heh I've been engaged for 2 years and we just started planning this past March, I can understand the feeling.

With your wedding next June, it sounds like you're on target with your bookings/meetings!

I've been engaged 2 weeks but 'planning' mentally for a month. I feel so far behind with only having the RH and date.

Oh, and I managed to order a Thank You parasol! HAHAHA

Yeah I was engaged close to a year before I started to plan. Don't feel pressured, it will fall into place.

Same here. All we have done is RH and prob won't get any other checks until later this year. FH and our whole family thinks we have a lot of time and we're planning way too early!

don't get overwhelmed!! Just b/c you got engaged 3 months ago doesn't mean you have to have checks right away. Do your research!!! and meet with a few vendors first b/f making choices. You want to be 100% sure you won't regret booking anyone b/c you just wanted to have Checks! I would start looking at photographer and video first and then work on your DJ. Good Luck!

I agree with all of these statements. You still have over a year to plan so you are pretty much on schedule as is. You already have an RH and to me that is half the battle.
