I am booking tomorrow, any advice on food choices, questions to ask? We are hoping for 180-200 people. Was anyone discouraged due to the 2 bride thing?
I wasn't discouraged about the 2 weddings because they stagger them so they aren't at the same time. I loved everything about the menu. FH and I MAY add a venetian hour later...we're not sure yet. We have to see if we can do it financially. The ONLY thing I didn't like was their magenta colored chairs. White chair covers look so nice in that room (Terrace Room). Would you believe that the owner will not allow us to bring in our own chair covers? I found a website that has chair covers for only $4.00 a piece. The owner said no way. If we want chair covers, we have to use theirs at $10.00 a chair!!! To me, that's insane. I'm even willing to put the covers on myself or have some of my relatives do it so we don't have to bother their staff. We're paying all this money, you'd think the owner would be kind enough to help out. That's the only thing that really bothers me about the MC. Oh...and word of advice...don't use their bridal planner. She didn't do anything for me that I didn't do for myself. FM me if you need anymore info!!!
