Meatball or Turkey Ball recipes

Dad is coming for Dinner tonight and danielle is making Macaroni and sauce. We were thinking about making turkey balls and we wanted to know if anyone had any good recipes.
Thanks,
Scott

Re: Meatball or Turkey Ball recipes

Ground turkey or ground beef
Bread crumb (size it up based on how much ground turkey, there should be more turkey than bread crumb, like a 1/3)
Eggs (at least two-possibly three, again depending on how much ground turkey
Minced garlic-two to three heaping teaspoons, depending on your taste
Basil
Oregano
Salt
Pepper
Grated parmesan or romano cheese, a few heaping tablespoons of pre-grated,
Freshly grated cheese is stronger, so use a little less.
Mush together as best you can, and roll into meatballs, bigger than a golf ball, smaller than a handball….use your best judgement on what you like. Place meatball on an aluminum foil covered baking sheet. Bake for 15-20 minutes at 350. Remove from oven and put into sauce.
Yummy!!!!
