This is our cake cutter/server. It's faux ivory and there are crowns at the end of the handles. It's not a very good pic.

Re: Medieval (Camalot) Theme?
The BP is 'dressing the part,' but our guests are not. This way the BP will really stand out more, and the guests don't have to invest in an expensive costume. We also didn't want people to wrap themselves in aluminum foil 'armor' or anything like that. It's still a WEDDING, not a halloween party, and we wanted it to be elegant. So only the BP gets the garb!
Our centerpieces are ceramic castles, hand-thrown by a place in California. They're hard to explain, but you put a candle inside of them, so the light comes out of the windows. These will be in the center of a 'wreath' of flowers (same flowers as in the BMs bo-Ks).
The ceremony music will be played by The Royal Brass. The cocktail hour music is a harp and flute duo, playing Renaissance and Irish music.
We are getting King and Queen crowns to pass out on the dance floor for the guests, if they want to goof off.
We are naming the tables, instead of numbers.. Camelot, King Arthur, Lancelot, etc...
There are a lot of other details, but you get the basic idea!
Have fun planning!

Karen thank you so much for sharing all your info!! Your wedding sounds like it's going to be so much fun and different, which is what I am trying to do. I figured it might make people a little more fun for people and look forward to coming to it.
