I dont even see my neighbors, they stay inside all the time. Only my next door neighbor welcomed us to the buiding on our first day.

With one exception, they have come to us. We ripped out some trees from our property right away so that created a 'stir' in the neighborhood. A positive one anyway.

You could over and trick or treat on Sunday to introduce yourselves.

We met ours before. When we came by before we closed our neighbors were outside and the previous owner introduced us. Then when we closed the same neighbors left us a plant to say welcome. We went over to their house to thank them.

It was easier for us because we moved in during the summer so we saw all of our neighbors outside.

I would say it could go either way. If you feel comfortable enough you could just stop over and introduce yourselves.

I am guessing that the people who live on the block now don't really like the people we are buying from. They are so trashy with the grossest house on the block. Which makes me think they will like us even more We saw some people outside on the block the first few times we saw the house and then again for the inspection and they seem pretty friendly.
