meeting w/rh bm tonite

got these questions

- will there be an earlier morning event that day
- what is the earliest guests can arrive? will they be greeted w/food, drinks?
- how many tables for 200 ppl, how many per table
- how many attendants will be w/us.. i believe there are 2
- ice sculptures..can they be customized?
- tipping... does it only include the maitre'd, what about valet guys
- overtime details
- bathroom baskets?
- hotels/shuttles?
- this flower lady we met with told us that she heard they were going to add LED lights...??
- can they provide maps (for invites)

am i msising anything?

my sister got married at Nanina's in march 2008. the place was beautiful food was wonderful. i believe she dealt with tom and he was veryyyyy helpful. i remmeber from pictures it looks so pretty decorated in the winter
