Men's Warehouse- Lake Grove Tux Rental Info
Scott and I went over there tonight to discuss tux rentals. I figure since they just started renting the tuxes, their stock is brand new and very up-to-date. Amy, the tux rental employee, was very helpful, not a hard-sell, and knew what she was talking about. They do not carry any to try on though. So you should look around for what style jacket you want before going there. They have (4) different pairs of shoes to pick from and a bunch of vest/tie patterns/colors. They do have vest samples so you can see the pattern and color in the store. They carry (2) Jones of NY tuxes and the rest our their designer label. I asked her honestly about the difference in materials and she said, 'Honestly, I should be trying to rent the more expensive ones but they are made exactly the same with the same materials' I believed her. The prices are great $49.00 for a one-button store-designer tux (includes tux, shirt, tie, cufflinks/button covers) Soes range from $10-$20, vests too.
Also if you rent (3) or more, the Groom gets his for free, any one you want.
Also, you can have your guys measured at any Men's Warehouse around the country and their measurements are put right into the computer. You can pick them all up at your local one, or have the guys pick them up near them. Whichever is easier but I think if a guy is traveling far it could get wrinkled so I will pick them all up here.
If you want something in silk, blue, or ultra different than Men's Warehouse is not the right place for you to go. But if you are looking for a nice basic tux then check it out.
