I'm really stuck on what to do here. Basically, I can only afford to get two 14 passenger vans. I'm concerned that if all OOTers know about the shuttle, there won't be room for everybody! What do I do? I plan on inserting hotel info with the STD's, but is it really necessary to mention the shuttle now? Should I save that part for the invites? Or should I let the shuttle be a sort of word-of-mouth thing?

I would say to wait... and see those that RSVP yes before you actually tell everyone... we went thru the same thing-- worrying about who would be able to drive etc.... it all worked out, because there were alot of people willing to drive behind the shuttles ( if they didnt know how to get to and from). Rather than rack your brain with that stuff now-- wait til you have the definte yeses... and amke a list of those you REALLY want to ride the shuttle and tell them... HTH...

I put the info about the shuttle on our website and then put the url on the website. It will also be in the welcome letter when they check into the hotel.

i like the idea of the OOT bags, because its a nice suprise and then you have to worry.
