If you did them yourself - where did you get the paper? how many per table?

I am planning on doing them my self. I bought the Vellum and card stock in Staples. They are actually having a sale this week too 12% off til the 12th You need to print out this coupon and take it into the store. ETa: I am really not postive on how many per table yet. I was thinking of doing one per person (I bought enough supplies for that) but I am not too sure how complicated it is going to get so it may be like 4 per table.
