Are your newsletters printed already? Maybe your newsletter could be one per couple since they might not read it there. The thing with the menu is that everyone might want to order different things so they would probably want their own. Its up to you though, I dont think it would look bad having one menu per couple either. It's just preferance.

Also maybe you can put the menu on top of the newsletter.

One per plate

I put two menus on the table. Basically it was a folded card with the table number on one side and the menu on the other, held up by a photo clip. The servers are going to tell guests what the food is anyway, so since you're already doing a newsletter, you don't need to knock yourself out with paper projects for the table. By the time the pic below was taken, they had already been picked up, read, moved, replaced. I originally set them facing opposite directions, so you could see the number and the menu from each side of the table.

I actually ended up just doing like 4 menus per table. They put them in the center, around the CP, and the guests were able to share them, and then take them home if they wanted to.

i am doing 1 per plate. I was afraid it would be cluttered because i also have my donation cards going at each setting..but i figure they can put the menu on top of the card.. or stand the menu up at each place setting. I'll figure it out if i dont run out of patience..lol.
