We're getting married at Giorgios this upcoming November. I would like to print out our own menus- but i'm not sure if this is necessary. Has anyone else had their reception at Giorgios and made their own Menus?
I went to a wedding there in May and there were no menus; the servers told us what was being offered. So I assume not even Giorgios provided menus, in which case I'd do my own.

They usually just tell you verbally but I am making my own. Whichever you prefer

I got married at Giorgios in October '08. Since Giorgio's did not supply the menus, I made my own. I used red and white card stock (my wedding party was in red) and printed them on a laser printer. I thought it was a nice touch.
