I don't know if they're necessary or it could be one less thing to worry about.

I am definately making them...my guests will have 7 entrees to pick from, so I want the menu to match everything else....but you dont need to have them.

I always thought that you don't really need them... but at my sister's wedding, the hall provided them (Villa Lombardi) and they were definately very useful. Now I think I want to do them.

IMO, I'd rather spend the $$$ on something that people will remember, like the music.

If they are provided for free, then go for it!

I'm definitely making them. My hall doesn't provide them and I think they're very helpful. My guests will know what they want by the time the staff comes around to take their orders...AND...they don't have to try to hear the entrees over the loud music, or try to yell their choices over the music.

I think it's a great addition to the table.. plus it lets people know what to expect!

we are doing them, one of my sorority sisters are designing them for us b/c she does graphic design and i think they add soo much to a table and as a guest it's nice to know rather then asking the waiter/waitress a million times.

My hall provided them, but if they didnt, I would not have made them.

I will be doing them....I just want to be able to have my guests prepared with then time comes to order, and I also want them to be able to see the description of what they will be served...for instance..one choice is Chicken Papu....

So, instead of so many people asking what the heck is that? It will be on the menu!

I like being able to see the choices rather than having to make a split second decision - so i am going to be making them

I'm going to make them but not one per person - more like 2-3 per table instead and put them in stands so everyone can see. I'm also doing bar menus for the two bars so people are aware of what is available.
