i agree i would go down there with the email and tell her you want the money back ... there will be no need to mail it to you cause your there ...

It is uncalled for that a so called professional is not returning calls or emails....

I would write her a letter with a copy of the email enclosed. Let her know that you want ALL of your money back. Why should you pay for a trial when she refuses to do your hair/mu on the day of? I would also let her know that you will pursue the matter in small claims court...

I'm cracking up over the 'I can't' comment. I say that ALL the time. That and 'I mean....I just don't know.'

Jess - you aren't harassing her if you have documented proof that you were told the money would be sent to you. If she mailed it when she said she was going to, you would have had it in 3 days - TOPS.

Man, this woman isn't making any new clients from us...
