Middle Island Co-op

I listed this on the Homes page but I know that doesn't get much action so I figured I would list it here also..We are selling our Co-op in Middle Island, it's 2 bedrooms, 1 bath, upper unit lakefront with a deck right on the lake, everything in it has been redone within the last 4 years (since we moved in). Below is the link for MLS listing we are asking $168,000 but any offer will be heard!! It's a really great unit and I know a lot of people think Middle Island is so far by FH works in the city and the commute really isnt that bad!! Anyone interested FM me!!
