i would so buy a house for me and fh. pay bills off, give my mom and dad some money and what ever is left just save it.

I definitely would not pay cash for a house with it bc then that would be half of it right there.

I'd prob use some of it to add to the down payment money of the house, then I'd pay off debts for FH and me, then I'd use some of it to pay for my last 3 yrs of med school (Dad's paying for the first year before I get married), then I'd invest some of it in a Money Market Acct or CD Acct, depending on the interest rate which is varying in this economy. Hahahahahah that sounded very formal and professional!!

What would be more fun - move to Bora Bora with FH!!!!
