Minimum of 65 ...................
I am getting married at Danfords on the sound. The room I want for the reception requires a minimum of 65 people. How many people should I invite over that to insure atleast 65 show up ?

I have been told that 20% of the people you invite can't attend. That would mean you could invite 82 people to get your 65 to show. Don't hold me to this, I have no idea how accurate this formula is!

If you dont want to or can't go over 65, make an A list of 65-75 people. With a small guest list you may get many more acceptance than a wedding of 300 since those 65 are probably very close. Once you know how many declines, send out a B list.Welcome New Vendors
