'Miss Now Mrs' - those of you who have used it

PLEASE tell me how it works. I posted a similar question on the others boards, but I'm still not sure. I know there are other ways to change your name, but I'm curious about this particular website.

Anybody who's used it - please let me know how it works. Do i need my Marriage Certificate? Is it all done online? Just basic information. I checked it out, but I'd like to hear from a person who's actually used it. Feel free to FM if ya don't wanna post it all here.

I didn't use any website to change my name. I went to the social security office in midtown and brought my passport, old social security card and marriage certificate. They mailed me a new SS card about a week later.

Then I mailed in my passport and filled out an application for a name change.

Then I went to the DMV and did the same for my license. Then I called my bank and credit cards and they changed my name for me and sent out new cards right away.

I wouldn't want pay for forms when you can download them from free!
