Missing Pictures Found...

so my photographer put our proofs in an online gallery for us and i went to look at them last night and noticed there are a bunch of pictures that i dont have. most of them are say the same shot just slightly different but there are a few that I didn’t have. Some including family shots. I was going to call and give them the numbers and ask them to print me the proofs. Is that bridezilla’ish? What would you do?
I’m just a little confused as to why I didn’t get the pics to begin with, either they weeded them out or just missed them cuz we had so many?
