I just received an invite to a friend's wedding and I noticed that his middle name is spelled wrong Its supposed to be Joseph, but its spelled Jospeh!!! I feel really bad but should even bother to say anything? I mean, they're already out and there's nothing he can do about it now.
I hate spelling errors and DH and I obsessed over our invite proofs to make sure everything was perfect. How did they miss it????????????

Re: Misspelling on invite-- do I say anything??
I probably would not say a word just b/c they are already out and there is nothing that can be done now

I wouldn't say anything since the invites are already out. It just may embarrass them.

Keep quiet about it. They can't fix it so just pretend you did not even notice!

I'm sure someone will notice and tell them. Yikes! This is why you should always have someone not involved with the invites check it over! We once we received an invite for a wedding say Oct. 12 and the RSVP said Oct. 19! How do you miss that???

I know!! I must have asked every co-worker and every family member I could find to read it over just to make sure.

no don't say anything! It'll make them very embarassed. They might already know but didn't want to spend the $$ to correct it. We have a little typo on some of our invites (it's a grammatical error), I would be so embarassed if someone said something about it.
