My mom bought her dress from Macy's Bridal Salon (manhattan), because we live here, but FMIL got her dress from Sugarplum in Lynbrook (? I think).

My mom got her dress @ Lillette's - it was alittle $$$ but she loved it and she was sooo comfortable in it she just got it there

My Mom got her dress at the Bridal Suite of Huntington (It's on Rte 110) They hada great selection but were a bit on the pricey side.
Have you tried Macy's, or Estelle's? MIL got her dress from Estelles and took it somewhere else to get altered. HTH

I think this is where my mother, GOD WILLING, will be buying her dress tonight To be honest, they had the best prices of all the places we went to. We went to Totally You in Bellmore (which also had good prices), Queen of Hearts in Merrick (horrendous, don't recommend), Omnibus in Babylon (on par with Totally You), Macy's, Bloomingdales, Estelles, Lord and Taylor and Saks.

heh...my mom bought her dress from the Chadwicks catalogue for I think less than $100 Our wedding isn't going to be very formal so if my mom got a real MOB dress she'd look out of place hehe. But the one she got is just really plain and simple and black and I think its really nice..theres a pic in my album.

Estelle's. She actually found it in regualr off the rack section which was great because it looks amazing on her and it saved her a ton of $$$$.
