My mom is starting to look for dresses to wear to my wedding. she is plus size and therefore based on ads seen in magazines and online, i referred her to Sugarplum.
She said she was treated rudely because she wanted navy blue and that she didnt like how the plus size dresses were in a back room that she was not allowed to go into- only employees are allowed back there so she couldnt even search for something else.
She said the lady didnt even ask what style she wanted and insisted my mom would look good in a mermaid style suit dress (um hello! shes size 28- i highly doubt that!)
I hate that someone would treat my mom so badly!

I took my mom to Sugarplum, too, and had the same experience... we weren't allowed to pick out the dresses to try on and the ones the woman brought out were awful, but she tried so hard to convince her that they were 'perfect' --- very disappointed
