MOG Dress

Hi Girls,

My FMIL is looking for her dress for our wedding. She doesn't get dressed up often so I know she's a little hesitant about the whole thing. She lives out of state so I was planning to go shopping with her sometime when we go visit her. She already started shopping and seems to be overly concerned with picking something I like. She picked out and bought two dresses that she likes. One is black and one is a deep red - not as bright as like fire engine red, but not like a darker maroon red either. I wanted to know what you guys think about these two colors for a June wedding...

Our wedding is July 29th and my FMIL is wearing a dark teal and my mom is wearing a cranberry color. My girls are wearing black with red roses...the guys are wearing black tuxes, black shirts, black vests and a red tie...I don't think the colors that you mentioned are too dark. My mom looks horrendous is pastels/summer colors. I would rather see people in colors that they look good in then to care about what colors go with the seasons!
