My mom and I went looking for dresses about a week or two ago and I found one for her that I absolutely loved. She tried it on and really liked it too, but wasn't quite sure about it because it's not like anything she's ever owned.(which is why I loved it) I felt like she should have something that made her stand out as MOB and not just a lady in a pretty dress.
Well, we went to a store today, and they had the dress! Which was crazy b/c we thought it was an exclusive to the store we originally saw it at... anyway... they had ONE left in the color she liked, and it was HER SIZE! She tried it on and showed my dad who was with us and the sales lady and 2 cute little boys that were waiting for their mom all said they loved it.
So... she bought it! and get this... it was HALF the price it was at the other store, plus we got a 20% discount on top of that! It was like the deal of the century.

yay! congrats to mom! the dress is so pretty!
she's very excited about it. she showed it to my niece/junior bridesmaid and her response was 'but Grandma!!....you're gonna look prettier than the bride!! does aunt kerri know you got this dress??? ' she's 8 and was quite upset with my mother untill she explained that I picked it out.
