Mom VENT

Went shopping with my mother this weekend for a MOB dress - AGAIN. It is by far the MOST stressful thing about wedding planning. She doesn't want to wear a typical MOB dress - which is fine b/c she looks AMAZING for her age. BUT she's been picking up all these dresses that are either backless (I mean completely backless - to the point where if she bent over the wrong way you might see her @ss) OR dresses that are sequined from head to toe - like a flamenco dancer OR dresses that dip so low in the front that she should be embarrassed to walk into church with it. We have gotten into SO many arguments about this it's ridiculous. I'm just over it.

Mother's are so interesting when it comes to our weddings. I'm sorry you have to go through this.

I'm sorry she's being this way. It's one thing to want to wear something a little different but you can still do it tastefully. No one wants their mom to look like a disco ball at their wedding.
