my mom ordered her dress today this is it but she got it in black. i liked the taupe color better but her complexion is too fair and the dress just washed her out. oh...that extra fabric thing hanging on the side is being taken off. why was that even put on the dress??? dress

That's a lovely dress! I can't vision it in black. Is it straight black or irridecent? That would be cool if it was irridecent with silver.

i think it's just black but then again the material is taffeta (did i spell that right?) so it may have an irridecent tone to it but i'm not really sure.

my FHs aunt just wore that same dress for her sons wedding - everyone was going crazy over it since its so different - its a really pretty dress
