Okay... I can't speak for your school (although I did student teach in Comsewogue ![]()
), but I'd like to help solve your mysteries, LOL.
At my school many teachers ask for antibacterial soap because at the primary level there are SO many opportunities to wash little hands that the school can't keep up with the soap refills. I just ask for baby wipes. I find them to be quicker with the small hand washes (like before lunch or snack, provided we haven't just finished painting).
As for tissues, at my school we ALL ask for a box per child because #1) the school's tissues are hard and irritating, and #2) we only get a box per month, and go through them FAR faster than that.
I haven't a clue about the dry erase stuff though. We have plenty of those supplied by the school, but every school is different.
